Returns & Exchanges

To Exchange / Return your item please follow the below instructions.

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, please email us first (outlinedapparel@gmail.com) concerning your issue/complaint and we will advise on how to move forward. Any issues must be raised with us within 30 days of purchase. 

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

  • In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
  • Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
  • Perfume, make-up and smoke free
  • Free from pet/animal hair

All items are inspected upon return. 

Alternatively, please include a note/letter with your return including all the relevant information. 

If you are sending a return from outside the UK, you must clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return. 

Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed. 

Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge. We do not offer a free returns policy.

Any returns received after the return period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a cleaning fee of £15 if the item conditions of the return are not met.

Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
